Graduating from the program

Even though I know you may just be starting the program, I'd like to take a moment to talk about graduating from the program.

Access to the Curriculum

You'll have access to the Curriculum for a two-week grace period after the final assignment due date. Any Tutorial Videos with Rachel will be available to you in the Graduate Centre. You'll want to print any lectures you want to keep on file. You can print a Lecture or Resource pageusing either Internet Explorer, Chrome or Firefox by:

  • holding down the CTRL key and clicking P and that will bring up the Print Menu. This may work in other browsers as well.

Attn: MAC users: We suggest that you don't use Safari as the browser for accessing Learning Centre as even the most recent versions are problematic – click here for more information. Use Firefox instead if possible for best performance.

Ecole Chocolat Graduate Centre

Final grades
Grades are usually posted and finalized about a week after the final assignment or exam due date. Your grades and instructor comments will be deleted at the end of the two-week grace period. You'll want to copy and save any information or comments you want to keep.

Program evaluation
Please submit the Program Evaluation found in the last module. Your feedback is imperative in order for us to ensure the curriculum is of the highest standards. Keeping our standards high protects the recognized quality of your certificate in the industry. Help us to make the program the best it can be!

Receiving your certificate
Certificates to addresses in North America should be received about two to three weeks after the grace period ends – those outside of North America may take longer. Make sure your address is current in your Profile.

Join the Fine Chocolate Industry Association
I very much encourage those of you making fine chocolate products to support this effort. It will benefit you directly as the major association goal is to create a "voice" for the art of fine chocolate making and put those working in this small but influential segment of the chocolate industry at the forefront with both consumers and the media. For more information on the FCIA, its vision, mission and goals, please go towww.finechocolateindustry.org
